Doubblestaffing im Year 5
In year 5 every lesson of Personalized Learning is staffed double. In general, students are accompanied by a subject teacher and a class teacher. By this, students are able to gain the support of two teachers when getting to know Personalized Learning. In the morning circle, the teacher act as observers, during the phases where students work on the given material, the teachers are consultants and helpers in organizing the individual learning process.
By staffing Personalized Learning lessons double, there is enough time to provide individual feedback for pupils about the progress they are making in their work, and to individually appreciate their results.
